Styling built around your buyer — not a template.
Every Styling Lab project starts with who is most likely to buy your home and what will move them. We style to that brief, room by room, so the property photographs beautifully and gives buyers a reason to pay more.
Vacant or occupied, the goal is the same — a home that feels considered, calm and aspirational the moment a buyer walks in or scrolls past it online.

Our services
Full Vacant Home Styling
Complete styling of an empty property — furniture sourced and installed through our curated hire partners, styled to your property and target buyer demographic.
Occupied Home Styling
Working with your existing furniture — editing, repositioning, styling, decluttering and accessory sourcing to maximise your property's appeal.
Partial & Room-by-Room Styling
A targeted hire package for the rooms that matter most on camera — living, primary bedroom and key outdoor spaces — when a full vacant style isn't required.
Photography & Campaign Prep
Final styling, dressing and detailing in the lead-up to photo day, so your property presents at its absolute best across the entire sales campaign.
Beyond styling for sale
Property styling is where most clients start with us — but our background as Interior Architects means we can carry the same design judgement and project-management discipline right through repairs before the sale and into your next home after it.
Home Repairs & Trade Management
Painting, carpentry, cleaning and landscaping handled as one managed service — every trade coordinated through a single point of contact, before the property goes to market.

Frequently asked questions
Property styling costs vary depending on the size of your home, the number of rooms being styled, and whether the property is vacant or occupied. For a typical 3–4 bedroom home on Sydney's North Shore, full vacant styling generally starts from around $3,000–$10,000 including furniture hire. Occupied home styling, which works with your existing furniture, is often more affordable. We provide a tailored quote after a free consultation where we walk through your property and assess the scope of work.
Yes, we specialise in both vacant and occupied home styling across Sydney. For occupied properties, we work with your existing furniture — editing, repositioning, decluttering, and adding key styling pieces where needed. This is a popular option for families still living in their home during the sales campaign. Many North Shore, Northern Beaches and Hills District homeowners prefer this approach as it minimises disruption while still presenting the property at its best for photography and inspections.
The styling install itself is typically completed in a single day. From initial consultation to install day, the full process usually takes 1–2 weeks depending on availability and whether pre-sale repairs are included. If your property needs painting, carpentry or other updates, we coordinate all trades and aim to have everything completed before photography day. We work closely with your real estate agent's campaign timeline to ensure nothing is delayed.
Yes — this is one of our key differentiators. As qualified Interior Architects, we assess your property's repair needs alongside styling requirements and manage the entire process. We coordinate trusted Sydney tradespeople including painters, carpenters, cleaners and landscapers, giving you a single point of contact. This typically saves vendors 2–3 weeks in preparation time compared to managing trades independently.
We service Sydney's Upper and Lower North Shore (including Pymble, Wahroonga, Turramurra, Gordon, Killara, Lindfield, Roseville, St Ives, Chatswood, Lane Cove, Mosman, Cremorne and Neutral Bay), Northern Beaches (including Manly, Balgowlah, Dee Why and Narrabeen), and the Hills District (including Castle Hill, Bella Vista, Cherrybrook and West Pennant Hills). We're based in Pymble and most of our projects are within 30 minutes of the studio.
We manage the full de-style process after settlement. All hire furniture and accessories are collected by our partners, and the property is left clean and ready for handover. You don't need to coordinate anything — we handle the entire removal process, typically within 1–2 business days of settlement. This is included as part of our full styling service at no additional cost.
