What is the difference between property styling and interior design?+
Property styling prepares a home to sell — it is temporary, buyer-focused and built around a sales campaign. Interior design is for the way you actually live: permanent finishes, furniture, layout and materials chosen for your taste and how you use the space. As qualified Interior Architects we do both, and many clients move from one to the other when they buy their next home.
Do you offer one-off design advice, or only full projects?+
Both. Some clients want end-to-end design from concept to completion; others just need focused advice — a colour palette, a furniture layout, help selecting finishes, or a second opinion before they commit. We offer a paid design consultation for owners managing their own project, and full design management for those who want us to run it.
Can you help with renovations and floor-plan changes?+
Yes. As Interior Architects we design renovations and reconfigure floor plans — reworking kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces, selecting finishes and fixtures, and coordinating the trades through to completion. We bring the same project-management discipline we use on pre-sale campaigns to your own home.
What areas do you cover for interior design?+
We work across Sydney's North Shore, Northern Beaches and Hills District from our studio in Pymble. Most projects sit within about 30 minutes of the studio.
