Do I have to be selling to use your repairs service?+
No. Pre-sale repairs are where most clients start with us, but we also manage repairs and trades for owners who simply want jobs done properly without chasing tradespeople. The same single-point-of-contact service applies whether you're preparing for a campaign or just maintaining your home.
What kinds of trades do you coordinate?+
Painters, carpenters, electricians, handypeople, cleaners, gardeners and landscapers are the most common. We hold established relationships with trusted Sydney trades and manage quoting, scheduling and quality control so you deal with us, not a dozen separate contractors.
Which repairs are actually worth doing before selling?+
We prioritise the works that genuinely affect how a property photographs and presents — fresh paint, fixing what reads as neglect, tidy landscaping and clean, functional kitchens and bathrooms — and steer you away from spending on things buyers won't value. You get a prioritised, costed recommendation, not a blanket to-do list.
