How much does property styling cost in Sydney?+
Full vacant styling for a typical Sydney home generally falls between AUD $4,500 and $12,000+, depending on property size, hire period and furniture tier. Occupied styling is usually less. We provide a fixed-price proposal after a free walk-through.
What areas do you service?+
Sydney's North Shore (upper and lower), the Northern Beaches and the Hills District. Our studio is based in Pymble.
How long does property styling take?+
Standard install is one day. The hire period is typically four to six weeks — and our 2026 founding offer includes six weeks of styling for the price of four.
Do you manage repairs and trades, or just styling?+
Both. Pre-sale repairs coordination is a core service. We act as one point of contact for painters, handypeople, gardeners, cleaners and stylists through to photo day.
Who runs Styling Lab?+
Styling Lab is led by Linzi, a qualified Interior Architect with a project management background — combining design judgement with end-to-end coordination of every trade and styling decision.
Is there a pay-later option?+
Yes. Styling fees can be deferred until property settlement under our Pay Later programme.
